The enrollee may use both NHS (National Health Service) facilities and private facilities contracted by SiSalute for Fondo Est.
In the event that the enrollee makes use of NHS (National Health Service) facilities, he or she may incur the service and subsequently request reimbursement by following one of the two methods below:
Upload the documents to the MyFondoEst restricted area, which can be reached at www.fondoest.it sez. "fill out and submit your claim online."
Mail the documents, including the appropriate reimbursement form, to Fondo Est - Settlement Office Via Cristoforo Colombo 137 - 00147 Rome
