Effective 1/1/2018, "Diagnostic" benefits are handled directly by Fondo Est.

The enrollee may use both NHS (National Health Service) facilities and private facilities that have an agreement with SiSalute for Fondo Est.

In the case in which the member makes use of NHS (National Health Service) facilities, he/she may pay for the service and subsequently request reimbursement by following one of the two methods indicated below:

Upload the documents in the MyFondoEst reserved area, which can be reached from the website www.fondoest.it in the section "fill in and send your refund request online";
Send the documents by mail, including the appropriate reimbursement form, to Fondo Est - Ufficio Liquidazioni Via Cristoforo Colombo 137 - 00147 Roma
